Malcolm Marshall is an experienced solicitor with a background in the various areas of commercial and corporate law, property and securities law. He is skilled in drafting corporate and commercial documents and is a good negotiator. He has been with Crowley Greenhalgh since 2007 and has been practicing law since 1965.
He also has detailed knowledge of the law relating to Trusts and Fundraising and certain aspects of Income Tax and other Revenue law. He is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia and he was formerly a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.
In more recent years, he has been involved in claims against deceased estates and is an advisor to a major Queensland Charity.
